Privacy policy

Booking data: name, email, phone, nationality, guest count, stay dates, special requests.

Check-in data (per Vietnamese Residence Law): ID/passport number, issue date, place of issue, visa expiry for foreigners.

Payment data: we do NOT store card numbers. Payments are processed via VietQR/SePay; RentalFM only receives payment confirmation.

Technical data: IP address, User-Agent, access timestamps for security and analytics.

Fulfill bookings, issue invoices, provide on-site service.

Contact guests via email/SMS/Zalo about their bookings, or send marketing messages if consented.

Comply with Vietnamese law on temporary residence reporting to authorities.

Improve service and website via anonymized analytics.

RentalFM does NOT sell personal data to third parties.

We share data in these cases: (i) payment partners SePay/banks to confirm transactions; (ii) government authorities per residence reporting law; (iii) infrastructure and email providers used to operate the service (Supabase, Vercel, and the mail service of our property management system), as necessary.

Booking data: 5 years per Vietnamese Accounting Law.

Check-in data (ID/passport): kept in the temporary residence register, deleted 12 months after departure.

Marketing data: deleted upon unsubscribe request.

You have the right to: (i) access data we hold about you; (ii) request correction of inaccurate data; (iii) request deletion (except data required by law); (iv) unsubscribe from marketing; (v) complain to authorities.

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for operation (language preference, admin session). No third-party tracking cookies.
